Safety fence changes in CoPTTM and use of Cone Bars

CTOC wishes to remind Contractors that from 1 July 2016 the requirements for Safety fence infill is changing as per B6.1.2.2 of CoPTTM.
We also wish to rectify issues observed with current Safety fences being deployed and a current industry practice of using pedestrian bars in an unacceptable way.
