Christmas 2013 Traffic Management Restrictions: From Fri 6th to Fri 27th December (inclusive)

The pre-Christmas shopping period is a critical time for Christchurch retailers, and it is a
CTOC priority to provide safe and efficient access to retail areas and suburban shopping
centres wherever practicable during this period.
