L2/3NP STMS ability to install Shoulder Closures

CTOC have released Bulletin 44 with regards to a departure from CoPTTM allowing L2/3NP STMS’ to install a shoulder closure on L2 roads with a permanent speed limit of 65km/hr or less. Please familiarise yourselves, and circulate to those people you feel would benefit from reading this, and update TMPs as required to utilise the abilities documented in the bulletin.
