Bulletin 35 Update

After receiving Industry feedback, CTOC have decided to update Bulletin 35 to clarify understanding of Extension form use and the discretion available to Approving Engineers and TMCs.

Please familiarise yourselves with the updated Bulletin 35 to enable smooth processing of extension requests going forward. CTOC encourages adopting a conservative approach when considering using Extension forms.
